Emergency & Rescue Skills

1. Enter water at deep end with giant stride entry.
2. Descend and breathe from alternative air source for 50 meters, both as donor and receiver and continue on slow ascent to surface.
3. Descend and on bottom share SCUBA, both as donor and receiver and continue on slow ascent to the surface.
4. Tow a fully kitted unconscious diver 50 meters on surface using short arm tow. Trainee should incorporate AV at the recommended rate.
5. Get casualty to side of deep end, ask for assistance and explain aftercare.
6. Tow a fully kitted conscious casualty on surface for 75 meters using fin push method.
