Sketch 1 of wreck
Start of pre-disturbance survey to establish the visible
nature and extent of the site.
This sketch primarily studies the starboard side of
the Louis and shows the initial datum point
positions on the stern and the boilers. The rod running
through the wreck is the prop shaft, a prominent feature
of this wreck, and is about 2 meters proud off the seabed
supported by tall box sections approximately 20' apart.
